Returns:

Returns are only accepted in case of defective, damaged, or wrong items.

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sending pictures on WhatsApp (0300-0274995).

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.
Exchanges:

Exchange is possible only for size or product mismatch, subject to availability.

Customer will bear the return courier charges (unless the mistake was from our side).
No Returns On:

Sale items, discounted bundles, or customized orders.

Minor color differences due to screen settings or lighting.
Process:
